The vision of Revered Sant Baba Attar Singh Ji was brought into reality by Revered Sant Baba Teja Singh Ji and Sant Baba Iqbal Singh Ji, who laid the foundation of an institution dedicated to the development of holistic personalities. Hence, the Akal Academy Baru Sahib was established in 1986 with 5 students, to nurture holistic personalities inclined towards spirituality, academics, and martial arts, and with a strong focus on character building.

With Gurdwara Shri Baru Sahib on the campus, students begin their day with Nitnem, followed by breakfast and academics, making them spiritually inclined and helping build strong character. They grow with the values of peace, equality and women empowerment, while standing against drug abuse.

Away from urban distractions, students grow in a peaceful and focused environment, guided by Gurukul values and supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure. With international curricula like IB and Cambridge, along with the national CBSE curriculum, the education focuses on practical-based learning, helping develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application.
