In 1959, Sant Teja Singh Ji with a small and dedicated jatha of 20 devotees trekked more than 20 miles in the Himalayas to reveal the Tapo Bhumi of Baru Sahib. Sant Teja Singh Ji , embodiment of Sant Attar Singh Ji Maharaj, the epitome of devotional service, renunciation and tolerance, merged with the divine light on 3rd July 1965. To commemorate the Anniversary of Sant Teja Singh Ji, “ Sant Samagam” was held on 2nd and 3rd July 2021. The Samagam was organized with the blessings of Hon’ble Baba Iqbal Singh Ji maintaining the COVID protocol.
From 28-6-21 to 30-6-21 , Shri Akandh Path Sahib (21) were done by the Senior students of Cambridge and CBSE Boards whereas the younger students of the IB World School recited Sukhmani Sahib(60) , Japji Sahib (980) Choupai Sahib (1890), Mool Mantar (4318) and Mala Path (740) with love, faith and devotion.
On 2nd and 3rd July, Shabad Kirtan and Poem recitation were organized by the students in Darbar Sahib. The programme was broadcast live on YouTube, Facebook and Channels. Langar was served to all as blessings.
