Exercise not only energizes our body, but it also kicks our brain. Research shows that physical exercise releases proteins into the brain that can actually help improve the memory and increases our cognitive performance. Exercise releases endorphins which reduce stress levels and makes you happier, among other things. So, not only the workout is giving more energy and stimulating the brain for a good study session, it also reduces the stress we feel about assessments.
